Soloing parts on emx2

Am I being really dumb or is there no way to briefly solo a part. A double press of mute+part gets me half way there but with no way to get back to the full pattern quickly.

Shift+pad mute I believe. 8)

You can solo the part by pressing the mute button so it flashes, then shift and mute will unmute everything. You can't go back to your previous state, you can only unmute everything.
