Try just getting use to hitting start on VKEYS in time with first beat, then not stopping your sequencer to often. This is a common working method for bits of external gear, and is a work around for the awkward FL.

Also you can delay your audio track by tiny amounts if your VKeys is early ever.

I do see your problem in your YT-Video but unfortunately I have no clue how you did your setup.

Is FL your "master"? How did you connect all your gear? Via Midi or Sync ? Or do you have a mix of sync & midi (what I suppose is the case)? Where in the signal-chain is the SQ1?

Without this info it is just guessing....

Yes FL is a Master.

TR 8 Midi out goes to TT 303.
From SQ1:CV_GATE goes into Murmux.I think yes its mix of sync&Midi

1) I still have no clue how you get your signal from FL to SQ1; I suppose it is a secret :?
If it is usb/midi you can find out what is going on with MidiOx, if it is SyncIn and you do what I suggested and suggest again in 2) and it does not work then your sync-signal might be the problem

2) Just to make sure: did you try my suggestion of my first posting:
FIRST press Play on SQ1 and THEN start the sequence. On your video you do it the opposite way. How I describe it is a Korg-standard and works for all volcas, monotribe and sq1 that have a sync in the same!!!

my recommendation works for syncin only.

anyway: so you say when you press play in FL it stops SQ1 and at the same time it starts all your other equipment. with my midi-knowledge this is not possible as "start" and "stop" are different midi-signals. so you should check what kind of midi-signal is generated...
