"Favorites" Bank for Program Patches

Post by Maddox »

I'm looking to find an empty bank I can save all of my favorite program patches to for one touch change during live performances. Anyone know how I can get started. I checked out the basic guide but it seemingly left out some important information to actually get this done.

Thanks!

Have a look at Bank D. On the LE it has empty (initialised) program slots from no 64 onwards

Thanks so much! I really appreciate it. I've looked through all the manuals and never saw where it indicated any empty spots.

This is a huge help on getting started. Thanks

I just left a new post about this. The thing is, you can't do this for COMBIS, right? Or am I missing something?

Some tips:

- if you need both programs and combis, consider making a combi to point to the programs, this way you can use combis only.
- consider PCG Tools to easy move programs/combis around.
- name the combis after songs you play (if that is applicable to you)

When I used the Triton, I used to name the combis like:
U-A000 SET 1 (empty spot)
U-A001 Name of song 1
U-A002 ...
U-A016 SET 2
U-A017 Name of song 2
...
