No (easy) way.
I don't know exactly why you want to do that. A possible workaround is to use the performances with de-activating the style change at the right of the panel, and with GLOBAL/General Controls/Interface/Auto-select/Performance ON, you can have your 8 favorite STS immediately (let's be precise: Performance without style change).
Hope this helps.

The easy way to do this, at least work for me
1. Go to Global/ Mode Performance/Media and unlock protection on Factory Style and Pad Protect
2. Go to style play , style UnpluggedBallad 1 from Unplugged tab copy/paste to empty favorite or user location (reason: you make like to keep this style)
3. Choose your favorite style and your favorite all STS.
4. Save it to empty location with new name.
5. New saved Style copy paste to location where was UnpluggedBallad 1 from Unplugged tab. (overwrite)
6. Reboot Pa600, should be loaded your new style with your STS
7.Turn STS Mode off (no light), then if you change style STS stay unchanged.
8. After Start up korg load performance My setting which also can be overwrite.
Hope this will work for you.
Good luck

Nemik, this seems a little bit more complex than needed.
Steps 1-6 can be skipped.
Do you know that 'My setting' which is loaded by default at every startup can be saved by long pressing the key 'My setting' ?
So just select the styles and pads you want then long press 'My setting' key to get them saved and automatically selected at every startup.

Maybe this is an option (see link to thread); it will give you 16 STS's at your direct reach:

In fact, with the 4 STS's with each style or songbook entry, you will always have 20 STS's available.
