I have the exact same problem with my new KX 61 when I got it and I call the shop where I bought it and he got onto the Korg rep and they said the 61 was designed that way.... there is a small bit of give in the lip under the keys!!
i dont like it either so have alway kept and eye on it to make sure if dosent get any worse!! so far so good!
Korg Kronos 61 build quality.
