Kronos versions?

I've been thinking of buying a Kronos, and I want to figure out how I can get the latest version.

What is the latest version of the Kronos and when was it released?

I heard that the Kronos X was discontinued? If so, why?

Is there a new Kronos coming out soon? If so when, or if not, when would a new one be most likely announced?

The new model is called Kronos 2; announced last november, available toady (though not yet in large quantities in all markets). Kronos X discontinued due to arrival Kronos 2.

Thanks! I just preordered one, due in June 18. First workstation synth I've bought since I sold my Yamaha V50 in 1995!
