Unable to register software

Post by trstack »

I just bought a nano Kontrol2. I have a Kronos, Macbook and Logic.

I downloaded the software bundle which includes the M1Le software. I created a user name and password at korguser.net

I cannot register the product so I can buy the upgrade. I keep going in circles with the damn website indicated I've entered an invalid product code.

Why offer me a product upgrade and make it possible to obtain?!

Maybe Korg could spend a little time on the horrific user registration process.

I have the same problem. I just bought a Taktile25 and do NOT have a "Product Code". All I have is Korg Bundle Software pin. I can download the software and install it, but cannot get a license because I cannot register for the Korg User net because I do not have a "Product Code". If I can't get this resolved in a week or so I am returning the Taktile and getting a refund.
Thank You Korg!
