PA600 OS update failed

Hi can anybody hep me with the answer?
I just bought my PA600 it is lovely instrument but felt OS is outdated as I could see installed on June 2012.
I tried to update OS from v100 to v120 on my PA600 but received message that system failed to update please switch off the instrument.
Can somebody help me to install new OS? Hope system logging time is reduced in new OS.

Is this is new Korg Pa600?
IT has OS ver 1.0, means is old, they selling now with OS ver 1.20 .
