Faulty Korg Pa4X 76 right out of the box

Hi guys.

I just wonder if any of you have had this issue before ?
I received my brand new Korg Pa4X 76 from UK seller this morning and I was in shock finding that such a expensive keyboard were faulty straight out of the box.
Some white and black keys are not working at all, you can see that on video which I posted on Youtube.
It also come with very old firmware 1.0.2

I won't complain too much because UK seller offered to check it for me and it will be replaced with new one ASAP (probably 10-14 working days).
Is that major problem or my bad luck ?

Maybe it happened during transport, who knows ?!

There's some kind of pattern.....They all happen to be Eb/B/G notes.

Can be multisample error.
Is this happen on every sound ?

You should send it back to the seller and they need to send you a new one.....did you reached the seller?

I would say thats extremely unlucky ! Just get it replaced from your dealer

Yes of course.
Courier picked it up yesterday afternoon so it should be back with dealer on Monday.
This time if they gonna replace it with new one I asked to be tested before shipping, I don't wanna get through another disappointment.

Finally, story with happy end

I've received brand new Pa4X 76 this morning after loooong waiting time.
New one works perfectly fine.
This time it came with 1.1.0 firmware, update to also 1.1.1 went smoothly.
