(ES2)Parts start muting tiny fractions of other parts
Does anyone else experience that when activated parts start muting tiny fractions of other parts which makes it sound like you just muted a part for a second? This is really annoying i hope somebody have a fix for this problem

I've only got the Grey one but it sounds like you've discovered the Voice Stealing feature that Korg thoughtfully included to help you to avoid your mixes becoming too crowded!
I believe the Black 'Tribe crew are getting around it by re-sampling, I'm sure Sauce did a Video somewhere on here....

its infuriating - take your init pattern to absolute zero - nothing running then build up.
On es2 here -
sometimes i can really surprise myself by building and building to run more parts than i thought possible to run at once - can even do a pattern change with no probs
then other times I swear just 4 parts - nothing fancy - just a basic drum pattern and s**t starts dropping out...I found that turning Alt 13-14 and 15-16 OFF helped even though I had nothing running on those parts.

The choke groups 13/14 and 15/16 switched ON as default seems... problematic?!?! If you don't need it then switch the darn things off!
If I'm not listening to music, or if I'm not making music, then I'm probably thinking about music.

It depends on how many notes each sound/part is playing... in the menu look for "Voice assign" and set them accordingly to your needs: Poly 1, 2, Mono etc... also there's a "Priority" setting in the menu, which makes sure that the important parts you set on "High Priority" are not stopped due to lack of polyphony.frederik wrote:Thanks for the answers but nothing really seems to work, i only have 8 sounds going on, it makes no sense:(
