problems with external voice harmoniser

Hi there - hope there is someone with some technical knowledge out there . I have a TC Helicon voicelive 2 connected to my p.a. 3x .(This is because there are two of us singing and we need note recognition). When I bought it, I simply used midi out on the keyboard to midi in on the voicelive 2 and it worked perfectly. Then I did a O/S. upgrade on the keyboard, and now, if I alter any volume sliders on the keyboard, it is altering the output level on the voicelive 2. I have done a factory reset on the harmoniser, but to no avail.. I am thinking there is something in the midi out setting on the keyboard that I have to change ( or lock?) but I have no idea. Is there anyone out there who has some technical knowledge who can help me urgently? Its impossible to perform as it stands. Many thanks

You have to go to pa3x midi output filters from global menu and filter out the volume so it will not send it!

GLOBAL Mode MIDI: filters (MIDI out)
Control Change (CC) #7 is volume

Phew - Simple as that eh? So I've gone to the midi out filter page - the first channel says "syst excl" So I've gone down to channel 2 and changed that to volume. When I test it with the voicelive 2, the volumes on the voicelive no longer change. Have I done it right?
