To change the tempo of a song just ensure the current tempo is highlighted orange (it normally is) then use the value wheel or tempo buttons.
To change the style, touch the style in top left hand corner then choose. Only problem is that this change the (old speak) STS's. This is the bane of my life, wish something could be done.

Having only recently changed from Tyros 4 to Pa4x (4 weeks ago ).......I believe that to change the tempo within a SongBook entry is just a matter of changing to your required tempo on the main screen and then press SongBook, write to 'Keyboard Set' book edit page1. Although it doesn't show immediately on book edit 2 page, once you've written it and confirmed, just exit and your new tempo value should show....works for me.
As regards to Changing the Style within Songbook, I would also like to know if this is possible ?
