Korg Gadget 2.1.0(260) causing Axiom AIR49 error msg/no play

Processor: iPad2 128G
Controller: M-Audio Axiom Air49 & AIR61
Connecting with USB/iPad camera adapter

Worked good with Gadget until last update. Now, when I power on the midi controller, the Axiom Air displays the following error message:

AssertionFailed:Sent<MIDI_OUT_Q_DEPTHinsrc\main.cpp,line674

and the controller will not function at all. I have an AIR49 and an AIR61 - same trouble on both.

When I open Module, it works well with the controllers, as it always has.

M-Audio Axiom Air49 is a plug-and-play device and has no device software to update, according to their support website.

I have attempted every possible configuration of midi in/out/thru possible in the keyboard settings and the iPad settings.

Please help. I use Gadget heavily in my studio and am now unable to use at all with my 2 controllers.
