Sample shutdown at 8

My volca sample shutsdown on the 8th step key every time when i try to download factory samples from korgs website.

did you delete all samples first? Otherwise it will stop whenever you reach 4MB.

have your computer on max-volume.
have your soundcard-EQ off.
Otherwise: Its broken...
