PA 4X & PA 4x (oriental)

Hi,
I'm thoroughly interested in purchasing the PA 4X.
I am also interested in the PA 4X (oriental).

My question is, if I purchase PA 4X, is there a way that I can buy the additional rhythms (styles), and sounds (instruments) and install it in my PA 4X.

In the simplest manner, I want both PA 4X + PA 4X (oriental) in one device.


(I remember, that those days we use to have the sound card, where we can keep on inserting additional modules or perhaps load the sounds into the HDD).

Pa4x oriental is both the devices in one as fas as i know!
There isn't something missing from the oriental on that the normal one has as all new parts are into new banks named LOCAL!

If I'm getting it right, what you're saying is

PA 4X Oriental = (PA 4X + PA 4X Oriental) = 2 in 1

Where else
PA 4X does not have the Oriental thing??

Is there any fact sheet or brochure? I still can't make a concrete comparison.

Would be nice if there was an upgrade were if you have the regular PA4x you can also make it Oriental

I agree having an upgrade would be nice, but me thinks that may NOT be in the cards.

I don't actually think the new oriental resources will come as an update for 2 reasons!
1)the extra pcm doesn't exist on normal pa4x.
2)there was no need for a new instrument named oriental if they were going to release the same stuff for the normal one too..
