Replacement Touch Screen Panel (KP3)

Hello! Where can I find Kaoss Pad Glass Touch Sensor Panel? My screen is dead(
And can i replace stock touch screen Kaoss Pad 3 to touch screen PA-600-900, M3 (the only screens, that I could find)
