Load only one program - how to

Post by steve79 »

Hi Guys!
I'm a new Kronos 2 user so I have some doubts yet...
I wonder if it's possible to load only one or few programs (and their relatives samples if needed) from a third party library or from korg's EXs library that are not installed... I think it's useful to load only program that I use instead of loading an entire bank that affect ram capability..

Yes,
Instead of loading the PCG you open it and to go into program banks and select individual patches you want to load and specify the target location when asked.
once loaded, when you go to patch you can tell it to load missing samples from the menu.

Thank you for your reply...
The thing that I'm not able to do is the second!! where is that menu? How can I tell to the Kronos to pick up only the samples needed from that particular program?

if it's lacking any samples kronos will show a message sample not loaded on top center of screen. then oyou just go to menu and choose load required samples

Thank you from a new Kronos owner who just downloaded EXs19, but hadn't figured out how to play the new patches yet.

(With one daughter going back to school and another one moving back home, I hadn't had a chance to RTFM yet, so the timing is wonderful.)

It's possible to tell to the kronos to "autoload" those samples? Only those that belongs to these programs picked from a library? Obviously I copied the entire samples on the kronos's hdd
