How can I create custom set on PC ?

I have converted some samples to korg format and wanted to load them to pa600 but it doesn't load KMP files, I think I must put KMP files in to a set file which I failed again

Hello!
You either need korg pa manager or a pa900/3xle/3x to add them to your set.

we can't use kmp files, can we?

No , you can't import KMP into the pa600 directly.
