Korg Pa4x freezes with OS Version: 1.2.1

hi to all pa4x users I bought week ago pa4x 61 and came alrady with OS Version 1.2.1 it freezes and it hapens abot 4 or 5 times until now I can not go play live with thease keyboard i can trust thease keybord until Korg eleminate thease serious problems please Korg team work hard to eleminate thease problems on next update I newer hawe thease isues on pa3x fo 5 years ago

What type of freeze?Complete freeze?
Try reinstalling the 1.2.1 OS and use Factory Restore after doing that.

There is a know freezing issue and currently we are awaiting a fix in the next OS update

thank you i tried to reinstall OS V1.2.1 downloaded from korg web after I unrar I copied pkg files on my usb follow the procedure with holding intro 1 after calibration asking me for update but I can not see any pkg files on my usb try another usb nothing hapen stell cant see pkg when I normaly power korg to the system then pkg on my usb is there wery big problem I don uderstand way thease hapen I am user sinse pa1x I no how to update and reinstall buth these newer hapen before to not see pkg os
if someone can halpe me please write me back

The pkg file should be in the root directory of your usb stick not a folder and you should be able to see using the Media tab. Once you have loaded the os you must then do a Factory restore. Good luck

I had the same problem. I found it had to do with the micro SD card. If you installed the SD with the unit plugged in even though turned off, it damages the SD card circuit which causes the Pa4x to lock up. When I removed the micro SD card from my Pa4x it stopped locking up.

This was my experience.
