System is not working

whenever I turn my m50 on, all i get m50 logo and "Format was failed" on screen and nothing else. I've looked everywhere trying to find an answer but I can't seem to find one that actually works.

Please HELP!! the system is fully not working.How can this problem be solved? The problem since 6 months. I can't solve this problem. Please help me. Kindly give me solution.

Is there an SD card in the memory card slot? If so, try removing it before powering up the M50.

No, there is no SD card in the memory card slot.

So it seems the M50's internal memory has become corrupted.

There is a procedure which might help.

Follow the procedure exactly to avoid bricking the M50. If not sure, take the M50 to a dealer for repair.

I was try to format internal memory.
whenever I try I get" Error in formatting internal memory "
