'm working on it for cubase, but it's going to take some time since it has so many sounds that you have to enter in the device map.
but there is a great video from Andronescu Daniel that explains how to do it, and you can use the Pa3x cubase template as a headstart for your pa4x, this is especially usefull if you are using it with General midi sounds since those are the same on the pa4x.
The video isn't in english and i couldn't understand a word of it, but the video speaks for itself if you have some experience with cubase. Then this video is a great resource to get you started.
