My faders are just starting to go sticky now after 10 years. My Oasys is covered up all the time when it's not being used, so it's not UV light - I think the rubber just goes manky after a while. Anyway, there are many different alternatives available on eBay, so I will be buying some soon.
Korg Oasys-76, Akai DPS-24, Headrush Looperboard, Sandberg California Bass, Line-6 HX Stomp.
