What does everyone do for a music stand?
The Krome doesn’t have a built-in stand and I cruised Guitar Center’s website and couldn’t find a keyboard stand with a music holder built on. So does everyone just use a separate stand? That appears to be the only way but I thought I’d check.
I use a separate music stand.
Bad news - it's an extra stand.
Good news - I believe it is 100% compatible with all keyboards ever made, and all likely to be made. Furthermore, if you decide that keyboards are not for you and you'd like to transfer your musical skills to the cornet or cello - I believe it will be compatible with those too.

I used to know someone who had a "ClearStand" music stand for his keyboard workstation. It was basically a clear plexi glass stand that fit over his keyboard and secured underneath - he was able to use it on his Ultimate apex-style stand. It was nice because you could see the screen and the buttons directly under it. I wish I could find one again, but I have SEARCHED all over the internet for one, and haven't been able to find one. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, let me know where to find one!

I just got a Manhasset Model 53DH stand:
http://shop.manhasset-specialty.com/p/m ... of-1?pp=24
It is designed for attaching to a hi hat stand and sneaking around the hats. I have a bunch of drumming hardware I'm not using, so I have a mini boom stand attached to my keyboard stand (right near the floor so it doesn't shake when I hit keys) then the music stand attaches to the arm of the mini boom stand.
I went for this instead of a typical music stand because I don't have a lot of space, and it means I can have the keyboard nearly up against the wall without needing to leave room for a music stand tripod.
