Sequenzer Problem

Hello everybody,

have just got a big problem and the manuals from Kronos unfortunately do not help me either.
I want to record in my Kronos with the sequencer a few midi tracks. I have on Midi-Track 1 a piano sound. Everything is set up and i hear the sound while playing.
However, as soon as I press the REC button and start the recording, there is no sound. Also no input level appears on track 1 while i play. The sound still missing when i stop the recording and try to play.
If I then cancel the recording and switch to another SONG slot and back again, the sound comes back when I play.
But as soon as I start the recording, no sound comes when playing. The same problem when I load a preset combi directly into the sequencer.
I can play the combination, but only until I hit the record button again. Then the keyboard remains silent.

I have now looked through all the settings and just can not find the error. It's like the Kronos when starting the sequencer recording the
Keyboard turns off.

Maybe there is an exclusive data that mute the track as soon as you are pressing the RECORD function.
Try to initialize your sequence and start again . Verify you are on track 1 if you want to record track 1 and verify the global setting too.

Hi,

thank you for your help. I`ve tried to intialize and checked the other things. Everything seems okay. But nothing worked. So i´ve shut down my Kronos for that day, and tried it next day. After restart and entering the sequencer i got a message that there is an /temp Folder with old data. I erased it. Suddenly the sequencer worked

So everything is okay now.
