Does anyone else have pretty bad noise when turning or touching the isolator knobs? Mine were pretty bad when I first got it. Before I record anything I have to turn the knobs quite a bit before I can clear the static noise on the rotary knobs.
I am a bit reluctant to desolder them of the board and clean the tracks inside as they never go back perfectly. Ill see if I can open it up and spray in some contact spray.

Ive had a look inside. The pots are pretty small so sealed. They are not like the pot on older equipment with greasing holes.slug wrote:They are just analog pots, so i think electrical spray and lube should sort them straight out.
Ill try spraying them but in doubt that the contact spray will reach the tracks

Hello, I am new to the forum. Sorry to bump an old thread but ive looked every where for solutions,
after purchasing a used volca sample Ive noticed the bass analog isolator crackles when I twist it.. Its not that bad but its hard to ignore
I have little experience with dissembling things so I'm not sure what I should do, I really want to fix this... Advice is greatly appreciated
