Don't recall seeing this on Forum?

New update is available for Pa4X https://www.korg.com/us/support/downloa ... /516/3631/

Main feature is - Increased maximum number of User Samples

Anyone installed this - is it stable?

I have been using this for the past 4 weeks and had no problems ...yet

It was released 8 weeks ago - no problems - seems very stable.

Hi to all,
there is just one bug with fade-out key

(from Korg)
While we work on it, you can do one of two things if it happens again:

- Press SHIFT+START/STOP to send the Panic command.
- Move a pedal or an assignable slider with the Master Volume function assigned.

I use fade-out a lot

Hi Karma,
Paolo wrote me about this bug, that could happen occasionally (not occasionally on my keyboard) and will be correct in the next release.

It happens that if you activate the fadeout all the volumes remain at value=0, and you can not reactivate them in any way, just by resetting etc etc

That's all.

Hello,

I have learned not to use fade out for the first time and it is also no problem...

but my Pa4X with OS 2.2 again hangs on (froozen),

two gigs before 1x, one gig before 0x, last gig 2x - only restarting (on/off switch works) - i do not like the situations - please HELP!

Some of these comments, even if isolated, are a bit of a worry.

Is it possible to downgrade from 2.2. ?

What is the advantage of this update, i mean increased user samples means increased user memory?

The memory is fixed and can't be increased. They didn't make a way to increase memory. Compression was their only mechanism for increase.
