Korg Kross 2 sd card loading issues

Purchased keyboard from sweetwater with a bonus card followed the instructions to a tee and every time it says write media protected although I am not writing anything to the card I am simply trying to load media to the keyboard from the card???

Hmm, seems strange indeed.

Is the write protection of the SD card switched off (small switch at the side)?
Is the global write protection off?

Although you seem to load data from the SD card, the OS may want to store some settings or temporary data. Could that be it?
If you are uncomfortable with disabling the write protection of the SD card, you may take a copy first of the data on a PC.
Changes in the board itself after disabling the global write protection can be restored using the factory reset.

Yes the sd card switch is locked the global write protection is not able I switched the card to unlock and it seemed to work
