Stand for the microStation

Post by gordorama »

What are people using for a stand when playing somewhere rather on a desk or table top?
I’m playing sitting down right now (in a wheelchair temporarily) and find a normal X stand is too wide when I make it low enough to play sitting down.
I guess I could get a piece of wood for a platform on the top, but was wondering if anyone else had a solution.
Thanks!

I use a Quik Lok QLX 22, and the lower height i can achieve is 67cm floor to keyboard base for the microStation.

It's now discontinued but you can check its measures for a similar item. For example i use also and unbranded stand with 97cm folded height (vs 102cm on quiklok) and that one allows for 61cm floor-keyboard. Folded height measure is useful if talking about symmetrical x stands btw.

Thanks JJ
I have one of those for my Sv1 and Sk1 set up. It’s a bit wide when I set it up low enough. Perhaps I’ll add th plank on top.
