Sustained sound randomly cuts off

I have a korg krome 88 and ever since ive got it anytime i try to sustain notes, it'll sound great for a few notes until it just cuts off the sustain and starts over. I have version 1.0.4 and yes i have tried other sustain pedals.
please help this is a really nice keyboard but i hate playing it because of this annoying issue.

could be maxing out the SD card in the Krome. Here is a link to how to replace it with a better one:

Apparently, the Krome only comes with a 4GB SD card in it. People have been replacing it with a 16GB Class 10 SD card with good results.
