Saving Programs On The MS20

Hi all

Can anyone help me out with what must be a fairly simple task that, for the life of me, I can't figure out.

I'm unable to save any patches on the MS20 plug in. I click on Save Prog and choose the file location and name my patch but when I go to that folder it's not there. The manual doesn't seem to be much help either.

I'm on a Mac running Mavericks.

Any help greatly appreciated.
