Yes, the whole idea is to have usable info and not crap!siebenhirter wrote: Just let it be to prompt somebody to leave the thread alone.
If you like the software comment about it - also if anybody does not like it also comment about it.
Really learn to accept there opinions exist, even if you do not like it.
Here just nothing else but your personal insults are stupid, spamming and just ridiculous, because without relation or useable infos about the threads theme - so overall useless here.
Opinions/Facts is one thing, throwing mud is another thing.
Just because you don't like something about the way the software does and no one else complains, it doesn't mean you need to make a BIG fuss about the issue and portray such big drama, which is what bad_santa is doing.
I did write earlier, that there was no need to start a war here and look where it's going?
bad_santa: Why are you creating so much Drama about Duplicate Styles? posts & posts on the same thing? it's not the end of the world.
The keyboard does NOT offer such a thing? Nor is there any need for such a thing (from the majority of users)!
You should already know what STYLES you're copying! It is not the software's' responsibility to check for duplicate styles!
It already checks for Sounds/Samples not to waste RAM space. (again something the kb doesn't do)
Quote from their FAQ Page: "When a Sound is Imported, it is automatically placed in its original location, if the slot is empty, otherwise it is automatically re-assigned to a new slot and remaps / updates the original location, be it a Style / Perf / Pad.
It has also been cleverly designed Not to import Duplicated sounds or samples to save RAM space."
And by the way, if you wan't such a feature, why not go tell the developers? no need to throw a huge fuss about it here?
