Krome 88 Diagnostic Mode

Hi, about a year ago lightning stroke my house and several electronics were fried, including the USB board of my Krome 88. I recently ordered the replacement part and the website says that I need to set the keyboard in diagnostic mode after the part is replaced. Can someone tell me how can I set my Krome 88 in diagnostic mode?
