NK Studio & PT 2019 - moving between markers doesn't wor

Hi all

My NanoKONTROL Studio is working with PT 2019 just fine except for one thing: moving between markers using the buttons doesn't work. I've not found anything related to this anywhere, and I've no clue how to even start troubleshooting this within Pro Tools.

Anyone have an idea what's going on, or where I should look to figure this out?
