I'm trying to decide whether to buy a Krome EX. I have a Roland FA06 which is a great workstation, but I've always loved the sounds of the Krome, specially now with the EX, but I need to know if it will do the things I would like to do with it. There isn't one locally I can try out.
I would like to know if you can import a WAV or MP3 file from the SD card and place it on a track within the sequencer. Let's say I wanted to create something on my Roland, record it to WAV/MP3, then dump it into the Krome to play along with it.
Thanks

You could do this on Kross 2, import the wav as an audio song, then control it's playback as you play the keyboard, even switching sounds or modes. Unti krome ex2 handles audio, Kross 2 is a better option! Cheaper lighter runs on batteries too...
