Looks like this bug seems indeed linked to the EXs21 only (that makes three people here with a similar problem). After trying with the link provided for my country and later at the Korg HQ address, I was transferred to the USA Korg support. Check my PM.

Thank you mate, yes I realised that was only way to contact them as I phoned Korg USA in New York and gave me same email address too, I emailed them and got an automated reply so far that they got my email but so far nothing showing in my kronos area for this Italian SGX2 (what a joke as it is Korgs own software too, the others went threw fine the Kapro purchases and show fine on my kronos, done at same time).
If anyone has same problem the email address is support@korgusa.com .
Thanks for the heads up about this guys I did copy and paste the codes from the checkout page before I clicked back thankfully, so have the key but want it where it belongs on my kronos page too.

Thanks guys, Korg sorted the Italian piano on the my kronos page, what I did find strange was they wanted my public id and then they sorted it and then the code they added on my kronos for the Italian grand was totally different from the original one I got on the checkout, I didn't try the checkout code and installed it today and authorized it with the code on my kronos the new code and works fine, curious now if previous code would work too but surprised they can actually generate more codes for the same EXs and public id. I thought each code would be a one code unique code, but seems they have some backup way in case codes fail.
Anyways all good but if you have same problem email them with the support address above and remember to add your public id too in the email so they don't email again to ask for it and takes more time.
