Korge Electribe tempo settings

I am using the Korg Electribe app on an ipad and I am having trouble setting the tempo

when I spin the main knob next to the LED display I cant control the exact tempo (I want 110 beats per minute but can only get 109.9). is there some way of controlling this measure more accurately?

I have tried going into settings and setting the tempo in there to 110 but when I exit the main tempo is still 109.9 ?

I suspect Im missing something obvious here- any help appreciated
