EC5 pedal control effect

Hi, I would like to control a reverb effect parameter from my EC5 pedal (switching from e;g 2.5 sec > 1.0 sec when EC5 pressed), but the only possibility seems to be FX CC13 Switch and FX CC12 Switch in the Controller parameters.
1. Is it possible ?
2. I don't know how to use these FX CC Switch feature, any ideas ?
