Answers to the question which data are transmitted and received via Midi always are found in Midi Implementation.

Each BankSelect/ProgramChange you send on a channel with Android you receive on same channel on a connected Pa-Keyboard. Select that channel to tracks you want change, you get the program-change on that track.

For example if you want to change the sound of track 8 in your SMF, select same Midi-In-channel of Pa-Keyboard to track 8 and same Midi-Channel of your Android to send a program change.

What BankSelect and Prg-Change is to send you will find in tables of Manual ("Sounds" or "DrumKits") that lists all sounds and Drum Kits as they appear in the Sound Select window. This tables also includes MIDI data used to remotely select the Sounds (CC00:MSB, CC32:LSB, PC:Sound/DrumKit)

If you want change KbdSets, select same Midi-In-channel of Pa-Keyboard as "Control" and same Midi-Channel of your Android to send a program change as listed in table "Keyboard Set Library".
kind regards
