Making a list of all Sounds and Samples

Post by houman »

Hi all,

I am new Korg user :)

Does anyone know how can I create a detailed list like pdf file of all samples and sounds?(like a pdf file including name and location for each sound/sample)

Here is a story I need your help. I have 2 sets but not enough memory to load them on my Pa700, additionally I know both sets have many mutual Drumkit, Sounds and Samples as both sets have been created by one team.
So I want to load the styles one by one and then load/assign the related sounds to each style but I do not want to duplicate a sound/sample in my users.
I appreciate your help.

Cheers,

Wow, I'm out of the loop. Didn't even know about this 3d party Pa Manager 3.3.

Compared to the factory PC manager, is it worth the extra money? I don't even see a dollars or euros buy option on the buy page.

I'm not likely to be needing extensive sample support. Not sure what would justify the expense.

I am not here to sell the paManager, but it does help with organizing sets. But I do not like the copy paste function. With the Korg PA4x/pa1000 you can hold down shift and select multiple styles to copy paste to another area. PaManager you can only select one at a time. You can only copy and paste a whole page or a whole bank. Maybe new 4.0 will have this feature. Should be out soon...? Here is pricing but you can trial it for free. Truthfully, the last 4/5 years used it maybe a dozen times...?

I tried Demo version but “Save the List” in not activated on Demo version. I was not able to save my sounds or styles as an Excel file.

I use it very little. But ever time a new bonusware comes along you can merge it in your user or direct set on your Korg. Maybe you already have a page or 2 open On Korg?
