Merge Two .xall files

I have two questions.

1. Is it possible to merge two .Xall files?

2. Is it possbile to pick up one sound sample from .xall file and add to another .xall file?

I am asking this as I do not have the pcg format of the first one.

Is there anyway one can convert an .xall file to pcg format?
