Trouble exporting audio from Triton VST

Hi all i hope you are well.

I purchased the triton synth last month and it is awesome!!!

I have a problem when i try to export audio. it seems that the audio has a weird gated effect when i export/ bounce audio.

I experience the problem in both FL Studio and logic pro
on both of my systems one which runs
high sierra and logic 10.4 and FL studio 20.7

and my laptop running catalina with logic 10.5 FL studio 20.7

I have a SSD and plenty of RAM on the systems and they are fully authorised with software pass and running the lastest version.

Can anyone help please?
