Tube Preamp/DI for Live Use in a Keyboard Rig

Post by Musicwithharry »

Hi, everyone.

I am considering getting a stereo tube preamp/di for my keyboard rig for live shows. I am considering something like the ART MPAII or similar.

I need stereo (of course) and want it to be the last piece of gear before I go to the main mixer. I have tube stuff in my recording studio but thought about adding one to warm up my overall sound before it gets to the mixer for FOH mixing and monitoring in our IEM's.

Any comments or thoughts?

Grace,
Harry
