Having just done the up-date to latest version 2.9..
I suddenly started getting all sorts of odd stuff happening ... hanging notes and stunted sounds...all very odd
Though OMG ....what's happening here?? ...anyway, after a bit of head scratching and wondering if the up-date was the cause ( which I could only put it down to ) I did a simple FACTORY RESTORE and hey ho ....no further issues.
So ...if anybody gets the same issue ...give this a try and keep us posted...would be interesting to compare notes...

Hi - See page 28 of manual ...
In brief....
Turn power off .....and with SHIFT button held and WRITE button held at the same time ( write is in the set list section ) press power on and power up - let buttons go
you will then be asked if you want to 'factory preload' turn dial for yes/no and select 'yes' press style start/stop button ....restore will happen and you should get message 'completed' and your done ...

With respect, it is worth downloading the user manual if you have not got it and spending some time getting into the basics....It will help you so much to understand what the keyboard can do
