According to M-Audio’s web site, Windows 10 does not support such an old legacy sound card, so how come it works perfectly with Reaper on my Windows 10 machine ??

M-Audio 24/96 delta sound card and windows 10
I am confused as to why the inputs of this card only seem to receive audio when my DAW is loaded and using ASIO for all drivers.
According to M-Audio’s web site, Windows 10 does not support such an old legacy sound card, so how come it works perfectly with Reaper on my Windows 10 machine ??
