Legacy Save Bug: Latest version 1.5

Along the way; Legacy has worked then not worked and back again
I installed the latest updates yesterday and it now fails to load in stand alone and doesnt scan/is blacklisted in VIP etc.

I.E. If you execute file/make default, thats where the error is...wont load anything saved by this version. To confirm; execute "Save as default", shut down Legacy Cell and reopen...it will fail to open; well thats whats happening here. If I remove the default fxb it will operate again.
