Sample 2, sequences keep resetting to factory preset

Hi, can someone please explain to me in easy language what is going on?

When I store my sequence to the sample 2 it stores, and loads nicely. But after power off, or after some time not using, it resets to the factory sequence and my own sequence is lost.

I'm a saxophonist and don't really understand, so if you understand this please keep the explanation simple.
