Korg Customer Support (re online purchasing of software)

Hi, I was intending to buy the Arp Odyssey but, due to a mistake in not clearing my basket from the day prior, I ended up buying the Wavestation in error. Both are the same price currently.

I haven't activated the wavestation and have contacted Korg customer support as of Friday, but haven't heard anything back. All I want them to do is 'swap' the product over. I don't want a refund so there's no loss, and, as I say, it's not activated.

Does anyone know if Korg customer support operates at weekends? I'm unclear otherwise as to why it should take this long to resolve the matter.
