RK-100S : New RockSet of presets (FREE)

Post by Yatrix »

That is new RockSet of presets(patches) for Korg RK-100S.

I had to place the archive file with presets at RolandForum, due to KorgForum does not allow to attach any files.
So, please, grab them here:
http://forums.rolandclan.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=52142

These presets were carefully selected by me from more then 2000 free presets provided by users of MicroKorg XL, XL+ and MS2000, and from orginial RK-100S set as well.

I have tried to select presets which are sounding closer to mainstream Rock.
Presets with Arps/LFO/Effects are also presented, and , hope, you will find them interesting too.

The presets in RockSet are sorted by types, like several Pianos, then several EPs and etc.

However, you will have to assign the beginnings of types to Favorities buttons of RK-100S manually.
Hope, that is not a big deal.

See pdf file with listing of presets inside the attached archive.

I have made this compilation for myself, but i'm not so productive musician to use every sound in it.
So, think, better to share it with you guys.

Enjoy and have fun!

Thanks a lot for this precious contribution! I'm a RK-100S newcomer and, even though I own microKORG XL+, a keytar is always an alternate controller.
Life without music would be a mistake
