Korg Grandstage System Failure (failure to Load)

I have a brand new Korg Grandstage, purchased a few months ago. Everything working great until, boom, yesterday the system fails to "load" when it is turned on. When I turn it on, all the Christmas lights go on very pretty and nice, and the right-hand screen says "loading ..." but then the whole thing stops at 89% and just hangs (for hours and never fully loads). I've tried unplugging the power and letting it set at rest for hours, but the problem persists. The system just won't finish loading. Am I hosed?

It should still be under warranty, so contact the dealer. One thing that might be worth trying would be to try installing a software update.
