"File Unavailable"

The motherboard in my Krome EX was just replaced and, with one exception, it appears to be working fine. The exception is when I try to load a PCG file from an SD card. I can see all of the PCG and SNG files saved on the card, but when I highlight one and hit LOAD, I get the error message "File Unavailable."

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there something wrong with the new motherboard?
